How is this different from our part time software engineering course?

This web developer course focuses on front end development only and doesn't cover the 6 weeks of back end training which the part time software engineering course covers, pertaining to servers, databases, building your own API’s, 3rd party services, authentication and authorisation, and DevOps.

If you wish to cover the full client server model, please click one of the following links for either our part time software engineering course page or full-time software engineering course page.

Will you be able to get a job as a front end web developer?

How are we different from other schools or front end web developer courses?

Small web developer course cohorts for personalised support

Small cohorts

We keep our class sizes relatively small, so that we can give you the personalised support you need. A lot of schools will pack 50+ students onto their cohorts.

commercially relevant web developer training

Commercially valuable

Many Schools teach Ruby. We don’t. We teach you the tech that’s in demand now, like JavaScript and React, because for every Ruby developer role, there’s ~10 JavaScript developer roles.

Highly experienced instructors

Experienced Instructors

Many schools use their recent grads as instructors. We don’t. All our instructors have 15+ years of software engineering experience. They intuitively know the tech and have a wealth of wisdom.

Making learning web development as accessible as possible

As accessible as possible

We make our training as accessible as possible. We offer both part time and immersive so you can choose the best option for you; we discount our price against the market; we offer the training remotely so you can learn from anywhere; we record every session in case you miss it or need to recap; we give you whatever support you need

Tuition fees and financing options

Our part time web developer course costs £6,750

If you are funding the programme directly, you can pay a deposit of £1,000 when signing up, followed by 5 equal instalments of £1,150 at the beginning of weeks 3, 8, 13, 18 and 23 to help you manage cash flow.

Alternatively, we’re partnered with three specialist education finance providers, Knoma, Lendwise and StepEx.

Knoma

Knoma can provide interest free loans that are repayable over the course of 10 months at ~£675 per month.

Lendwise

Lendwise charge interest and ask you to pay the deposit, but they can provide loans to cover the remainder that are repayable over a longer period, e.g. 4 years at ~£151 per month.

Lendwise

StepEx provide a Future Earnings Agreement (study now, pay later). You pay a deposit of £1,000 and replace the remaining course fees with a commitment to repay 8.5% of your earnings across 36 repayment months once you’re in employment with gross earning at least £24K per annum. Course fees are capped at the lower of £13,500 or the total amount collected across your 36 repayment months.

What is the application process?

Our application process is super simple - it's just a phone conversation with us to make sure that you have all the information you need and that this is the right option for you. (don't worry, there’s no tech test or anything arbitrary like that).

Once we’ve spoken and you’re happy to proceed, the next step is to sign you up. If you’re funding it directly, we can send you paperwork straight away. If you’re looking to use one of our finance partners, then you’ll need to apply to them and confirm that they will lend to you - we’ll explain this part to you when we speak.

Once that’s sorted, we’ll send you all the details of software you need to download and accounts to sign up to (they’re all free) for the bootcamp.
